Repair and overhaul

We repair and overhaul rotating equipment of any make

TurboDyne repairs, refurbishes and overhauls steam turbines, compressors, pumps, generators, gearboxes, fans and blowers. Work is carried out in our Jubail workshop, or at your plant where the machine cannot be moved. Stripping, machining, balancing and testing are done here rather than shipped abroad, which takes weeks out of an outage.

Reverse engineering

We capture the geometry of an existing component by 3D laser scanning and manufacture the replacement to original specification. Used where drawings are unavailable or the part is obsolete.
