Who we are
TurboDyne engineers, manufactures and repairs rotating equipment
We work on steam turbines, centrifugal compressors, process pumps, gearboxes, fans and blowers for operators in power generation, oil and gas, petrochemicals, fertilisers, cement, steel and mining. We manufacture replacement components, overhaul and repair complete machines, scan and remanufacture obsolete parts, and carry out repairs at client sites. Work is carried out on equipment of any original manufacturer, from our workshop in Jubail Industrial City.

Machining, balancing, inspection and assembly at Jubail
Turning, milling, grinding, gear cutting, dynamic balancing, NDT and assembly are carried out in our own workshop. Components that would otherwise be ordered from abroad are cut here instead, which takes months of shipping and customs out of a delivery date and puts the work into the Saudi supply chain that Vision 2030 sets out to build.
What we do
Manufacturing, overhaul, reverse engineering and field work from one workshop
Manufacturing, overhaul and repair, reverse engineering and field work run from the same site and can be combined under a single contract. A machine can be overhauled, have an obsolete component scanned and remanufactured while it is stripped, and be reinstalled and commissioned at site by the same team. Inspection, machining, balancing and testing are performed in-house, which keeps quality control under one system.

How we work with clients
Scope is agreed in writing before work starts, with inspection findings reported before any repair decision is taken. Every job is released with the documentation it requires: material certificates, dimensional reports, NDT reports and balancing certificates. One point of contact holds the scope from enquiry to handover.

What the workshop does
Machine models and working envelopes are being confirmed and will be published as a schedule.
- Dynamic balancing
- Rotors, impellers and fans, low and high speed, to ISO 1940 with a certificate against every job.
- Non-destructive testing
- Ultrasonic, magnetic particle and dye penetrant, material identification and hardness checks. Reported before any repair decision.
- Machining
- Heavy turning, milling, grinding and gear cutting for shafts, casings, diaphragms and drive components.
- Dimensional inspection
- Runout and clearance mapping, 3D laser scanning and dimensional verification, recorded against the job.
- Component restoration
- Bearing rebabbitting, weld build-up, shaft rectification, blade repair and seal remanufacture.
- Assembly and test
- Precision alignment on reassembly and performance testing before release.
